I think chatbots such as ChatGPT are good support tools for those who already know the topic to be covered and you use it as an aid, perhaps for basic text drafting to go on to simply improve. But if you use it to write text about things you don't know, it can become a double-edged sword in that it can make us write the wrong things without us realizing it, making us look bad.
